Orders and Shipping

Processing time typically takes 2 business days. During holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. Shipping time ranges from 3 to 20 days, depending on the logistics provider. Please note that total shipping time equals preparation time plus shipping time.

To create an account, visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Register” button. Enter your email address, create a password, and provide any other required information. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

To update your shipping address, log in to your account, navigate to the “Account Settings” or “Profile” section, and edit your address details. If your order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service at contact@smagreho.net for assistance.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress. Alternatively, log in to your account and visit the “Order History” section to view your order’s status.

For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. We use a secure payment processor to handle transactions, ensuring your sensitive data is protected.

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and local tax regulations. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

We offer international shipping to select countries. To check if we ship to your location, enter your shipping address during checkout. If shipping is unavailable, please contact us at contact@smagreho.net for further assistance.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, items may be shipped in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each package to monitor their delivery status.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@smagreho.net. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the incorrect item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away at contact@smagreho.net. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We will either send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your items, including the address where you should mail your authorized return. Please ensure that you include the Return Authorization (RA) number in your package.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@smagreho.net. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to contact the carrier to redirect the shipment.

Once an order is submitted, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. However, if you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@smagreho.net, and we will do our best to assist you.

If an item is sold out but available for pre-order, it will be indicated on the product page. Pre-orders allow you to secure your item before it becomes available, and we will ship it as soon as stock is replenished. You can also sign up for notifications to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
